B. Why should the White House press secretary getting kicked out of a restaurant not be news?

Whether or not Rhodes would admit it, this story would be covered with greater intensity if it were Jay Carney, Robert Gibbs or Josh Earnest getting thrown out of a restaurant during the Obama administration.
