Speaking at a rally in Harrisburg, Pa. last night, President Donald Trump took a jab at congressional Democrats, particularly Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.). He called the Dems “rudderless” and jabbed Schumer for having to “study leadership.”
