One of the positive aspects of Thursday’s Supreme Court ruling on ObamaCare was the provision that states are not mandated to expand their Medicaid programs.
Florida Gov. Rick Scott is not wasting any time in making it clear that he plans to not comply with ObamaCare and not expand his state’s Medicaid program.
