Lindsey Graham has "zero doubt" about the outcome of Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation and when it will happen

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham has no doubt that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh will be confirmed before the end of October.

Republicans would certainly like to have Kavanaugh confirmed before the midterm elections are held on November 6th.

The combination of political posturing for the midterms, fierce opposition to President Trump and Democrats being Democrats, this is likely to be a very contentious (perhaps more so than the one for Neil Gorsuch) confirmation process.

And those are examples of what kind of contention awaits Kavanaugh from top Senate Democrats.
