“LSAT” — the standardized test used by law schools for admission — is trending this morning after Fox News’ Tucker Carlson called on President Joe Biden to release Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson’s score on the test:

So it might be time for Joe Biden to let us know what Ketanji Brown Jackson’s LSAT score was. How did she do on the LSAT? Why wouldn’t he tell us that? That would settle the question conclusively as to whether she’s a once-in-a-generation legal talent, the next Learned Hand. It would seem like Americans in a democracy have a right to know that and much more before giving her a lifetime appointment. But we didn’t hear that, and that was just one of many things that Joe Biden.
Of all the things to judge her on, this has to be the last one on the list, no?

Former Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis tweeted that she doesn’t “care about the LSAT score or even bar exam score of a Supreme Court justice” and “Every lawyer knows that’s irrelevant to actual practice and the qualifications of a nominee”:

I can’t believe I’m agreeing with Jenna Ellis, but she is right on point. I got a 168 on my LSAT, but never ended up studying law. That does not qualify me for the Supreme Court.
