Actually embarrassing how desperate journalists are to pressure Democrats into getting rid of the filibuster. There is no other explanation for the weekly interrogations of Manchin etc. with the hope they change their mind.

He doesn’t mention late term abortion ban, police reform, wall funding or other majority-backed bills Dems blocked because they liked those filibusters. Many journos are just activists.
