European cities head toward more lockdowns as vaccines falter

And this has cities all over Europe headed to another lockdown:

Here we go again:

But one major difference is that vaccines in Europe are a mess:

Cases in England, however, are dropping, thanks to that country’s better vaccination numbers than the continent:

The EU also threatened to stop vaccine exports to the UK:

But this would be the same vaccine that they’ve put on hold over fears of blood clots:
