According to reports, both pilots successfully ejected but one is now suspended from the power line:

Update: The pilot has been rescued:
Emergency workers extracted the pilot safely after cutting off power in the area, and he was been taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation, a spokesman for the regional administration told The Associated Press.
