According to the New Rochelle Police Department, the driver of the Mercedes Benz that plowed into the lobby of Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, NY last night “blacked out” before the crash and at this time they’re treating it as accidental:

Authorities add the he showed now signs of impairment during questioning last night:
