Earlier this morning, The Federalist’s David Harsanyi joked that eventually we’d see a “GOP pounces” headline on Bernie Sanders’ radical plan to let incarcerated violent felons vote in elections:
GOP pounces on Democrats' support for terrorist suffrage.

And right on cue, here’s the Associated Press saying that GOP Chair Ronna McDaniel “pounced on Sanders’ call to restore the voting rights of felons, including people like the Boston Marathon bomber”:

Maybe it’s some automated system, like autofill on Google?
Does it autofill at typing GOP, I wondered. pic.twitter.com/8qJWo0Swip

Eventually, we’ll see some Republican get called out for pouncing on Kamala Harris for just wanting to start a conversation on the issue because the media would be totally cool with that if say Trump used that phrasing:
If a Republican candidate supported having "a conversation" about giving mass murdering white supremacists a vote, I'm sure that would see the same tone in coverage right now. It's JUST a conversation, after all.
