The Jerusalem Post, quoting an anonymous Hamas official, is reporting that Iran ordered this week’s rocket attack on Tel Aviv in order to disrupt the upcoming Israeli election:
Hamas official: Iran ordered rocket attack on central Israel https://t.co/qtNXODbB5d

From the paper:
A senior Hamas official, speaking anonymously to Israel Hayom on Tuesday, claimed that the rocket which struck a moshav in central Israel on Monday was ordered by Iran.
Hamas reportedly gave its blessing for the rocket attack in hopes of disrupting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s election campaign.
The attack, which injured 7 including 2 infants and a child, was called and accident by Hamas:
-Yet now for 2nd time in 11 days, Hamas making noises like a long-range rocket strike on central Israel was a "mistake"/"accident"
-They are of course (as @adamrasgon reports) promising to investigate
-Anyone following #Gaza escalations in last year knows Hamas controls cycles

So, not an actual accident?
So it wasn't an accident? Who'd a thunk it? https://t.co/l0nFWcD3U7

Here’s the damage done from that attack:
Maybe the Iranian-backed terrorist just hit the wrong button?
The @IDFSpokesperson has further rejected #Hamas claim that today's rocket attack why 'an accident' or 'by mistake', saying it was launched from Hamas launchpad, reiterating Hamas as responsible for everything that happens in #Gaza. https://t.co/2eQJbBAyd7

And rockets continue to rain down on Southern Israel:
This Hamas rocket fell yesterday on the Southern Israel town of Netivot and hit a parking car. This is what Israeli civilians face on a daily basis for the last 15 years, including this evening . No one, anywhere in the world, would tolerate that. Credit- מצב בטחוני גלובלי pic.twitter.com/0p41XIVX5G
