Video of socialist version of Uber Eats may have been why Maduro detained Jorge Ramos

According to Univision’s Enrique Acevado, his colleague Jorge Ramos was detained in Venezuela after he asked President Nicolás Maduro about this video of starving Venezuelans searching for food inside this garbage truck:
