It begins with the fact that he takes antibiotics every day for rosacea (not working obvi).

When Trump is deep in germophobia he probably uses some Purell-like stuff to quash the “germs” — and then there’s the daily Tetracycline for rosacea.

All those antibiotics as we well know can create resistant strains of bacteria. It’s a not unreasonable assumption that his body is teeming with them. That and the resulting yeast overgrowth that can be seen on his flared-up rosacea chin.

So let’s say all those resistant pathogens and bugs and yeast are constantly flying off him when he shouts and blusters and dominates people—and scarily hugs, pumps the hands of and touches people around him.
