There’s a new New York Times article out that — SURPRISE! — explores the virulent anti-Semitism among the leaders of the Women’s March:
Women’s March Roiled by Accusations of Anti-Semitism: “They were talking about, ‘You people this,’ and ‘You people that’ and the kicker was, ‘You people hold all the wealth.’ I was like, ‘Oh my God, they are talking about her being Jewish.’” https://t.co/ER3SBqwXSs
— Greg Bluestein (@bluestein) December 24, 2018
You see, the Women’s March leaders are “grappling with how they treat Jews — and whether they should be counted as privileged white Americans or ‘marginalized’ minorities…”:
"Now Women’s March activists are grappling with how they treat Jews — and whether they should be counted as privileged white Americans or 'marginalized' minorities…" via @fstockman https://t.co/EJNrFLi0JT

It’s not going well:
This is an openly antisemitic statement by the leader of the @womensmarch @TamikaDMallory to the @nytimes.
Can’t wait to see the condemnations of every Liberal leader. pic.twitter.com/PUKyaSfvgt

Maybe it’s time Tamika Mallory steps down?
I don’t see how any progressive can continue to defend Tamika Mallory’s role in the Women’s March when nearly a year after questions of anti-Semitism about her emerged she is still making deeply ignorant & offensive statements like this https://t.co/pYBJG4sPwA pic.twitter.com/Epg0cjsAus

She’s even anti-Semitic in a prepared statement:
Here is a Women’s March cofounder and leader, who has repeatedly voiced anti-Semitism, telling the NYT *in a prepared statement* that Jews are responsible for their own deaths at the hands of modern day Nazis. pic.twitter.com/hgTbN2izWM

Or, and we’re just spitballing here, the Women’s March can just treat Jews like human beings:
How about treating them as human beings? https://t.co/ZOW05aLNyg

The problem here is that the liberal embrace of intersectionality — the “analytic framework that attempts to identify how interlocking systems of power impact those who are most marginalized in society” — is at its heart anti-Semitic:
The Women’s March grappling with whether to erase Jews’ entire identity for the purpose of strict racial categorization is itself a good example of anti-Semitism. Also a bold display of how leftist intersectionalism is unavoidably anti-Semitic. https://t.co/ahvAZlp9Bk
— Seth Mandel (@SethAMandel) December 24, 2018
Intersectionality is a disease that justifies bigotry. How about you treat them like human beings worthy of respect? https://t.co/LGw4gxANSS

Unless they confront the anti-Semitism at the core, then nothing will change:
Again, these people are sick. And the fact that the NYT presents this as a legitimate argument to be considered is in itself a damning indictment. Again, this form of antisemitism has been just accepted and normalized by many on the left and they refuse to confront it.

Crazy how taken for granted it is that one must perform this complex intersectional calculation in order to know whether they ought to treat people like human beings. https://t.co/FAmTdWY6kM

is the implication here that if they’re categorized as just whites then we shouldn’t care about anti Semitism https://t.co/3l721MdXp3

More from Seth Mandel, who doesn’t let the NYT off the hook either:
It is amazing to me that after everything that has happened, Mallory is still unable to utter a sentence without vomiting up some medieval Jew-hatred. She doesn’t know what it sounds like to not hate Jews, so she can’t even mimic it. Simply does not compute.
— Seth Mandel (@SethAMandel) December 24, 2018
Women’s March leader’s logic is—literally!—as long as light skinned Jews exist we’ll never have peace.
I think at this point even Farrakhan’s like “lady get a goddamned publicist already!”

Also love how the NYT just basically keeps re-reporting Tablet stories weeks later.

The NYT has to be dragged kicking and screaming to report on progressive anti-Semitism, in between articles calling for a new intifada.
