Mareli Miniutti, the woman who accused celebrity porn lawyer Michael Avenatti of domestic violence, stated in her declaration to authorities that she’s been dating the 2020 Democratic hopeful since October 2017:
ABC News has obtained the declaration of Mareli Miniutti, the woman who has accused @MichaelAvenatti of domestic violence. She reveals she had been dating Avenatti since October 2017 and the relationship ended on November 13, 2018- the night of the alleged abuse.

Well, early Jacob Wohl plays the long game better than anyone else, or the theory that Wohl had a hand in setting Avenatti up may have just been busted once and for all:
Man, Jacob Wohl is crafty going back in time to a year ago to burn Avenatti with a 12 month relationship. https://t.co/ABGPgR6EPs

We are curious to find out just where Avenatti thinks Wohl fits in all of this:
Jacob Wohl is a complete dirtbag. Dishonest. Unethical. Criminal. He had no right to come after Mueller or me. He will learn a very hard lesson through the judicial system. Very. https://t.co/HWsahUsbkx

As for the allegation, Avenatti maintains his innocence:
I look forward to a full clearing of my name and disclosure of all of the facts. I have NEVER abused a woman or committed domestic violence against anyone. Any claim to the contrary is completely bogus and fabricated. I am a target. And I will be exonerated.

And he’s pointing to now-deleted Instagram posts which he say show Miniuitti is lying:
People think they are so smart. Until they post stuff on IG that undercuts their bogus, fabricated claims they made less than 24 hrs earlier. We can’t wait for justice! #Basta

There is nothing more powerful than video evidence. NOTHING! I will be fully exonerated.

But the celebrity website The Blast posted photos of bruises from the alleged altercation:
Miniutti says she hit her head while being dragged and provided pictures of her alleged injuries in her court filing. After being dragged into the hallway, Miniutti claims she rang a neighbor’s doorbell until Avenatti ran out and pulled her back inside. https://t.co/VoqBmkLnld pic.twitter.com/ltdrOWd0Mz

Miniutti claims she had been living with Avenatti since January, and on November 13, they got into an argument over money. She claims he called her an “ungrateful f*cking bitch” and began forcefully hitting her in the face with pillows from the bed. https://t.co/VoqBmkLnld

Miniutti says Avenatti exclaimed, “Do not disrespect me,” and then told her she couldn't sleep in his house that night. Avenatti then allegedly grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out of bed, onto the floor and out the front door into the hallway. https://t.co/VoqBmkLnld

He’s also calling on TMZ to retract its report:
.@tmz was presented with conclusive evidence yesterday that their story of last week is completely false. If they do not retract the story and issue an apology, they will be sued. Their conduct is outrageous and they need to be held accountable. Trying to help Trump is no excuse.
— Michael Avenatti (@MichaelAvenatti) November 20, 2018
When the truth and the facts are fully disclosed, including the security camera footage, I will be vindicated and a lot of people and news organizations are going to owe me an apology as well as money. Completely bogus. Let’s start with TMZ’s reporting from last week.
— Michael Avenatti (@MichaelAvenatti) November 20, 2018
.@tmz cannot even reconcile their story from last week with their story from today. They can’t have it both ways. Their conduct is disgusting and they need to rectify it immediately. We demand a retraction and an apology. Now.
