A SC man was told (incorrectly) that he couldn't wear his Trump shirt at the polls, so he voted topless

This Facebook post crossed our feed a few minutes ago and it was just so bizarre we thought it couldn’t be true.

In summary, a witness snapped these photos of a man voting at the Murrells Inlet Fire Department who was allegedly told by poll workers that he couldn’t wear his Trump shirt to vote:

As it turns out, the story is 100% true. And the poll workers were in the wrong to tell this guy to take off his shirt “because it does not express support for a candidate in a current election”:

We’ve lost our minds that this was even an issue in the first place.
