Um, WTF did we just read here?
Senator John F. Kennedy, later President Kennedy, is turning over in his grave. What we are witnessing in the US Senate right now is not profiles in courage. It’s profiles in cowardice. #KavanaughInvestigation #SCOTUS

This really could be one of the Top 10 tweets of this whole confirmation process:
I think this may be might be my favorite tweet from the entire Kavanaugh confirmation process. It’s so stupid it must be studied.

Because using John F. Kennedy as an example of how a politician should treat a woman is absolutely ludicrous:
? You may want to brush up on your JFK facts

Remember this?
He passed around Marilyn Monroe like a communal joint. https://t.co/yXMw64Ct1h

Or this?
JFK took a teenaged intern's virginity on her 4th day on the job, asked her to fellate his friend Dave Powers while JFK watched, and drugged her (her being Mimi Alford, whose sad story is summarized here).https://t.co/YRjfBGhbuk https://t.co/HWc2UuxLUW

The whole Kennedy family was awful toward women:
Jeez, JFK banged everything, including 18 year-old interns, Marlene Dietrich, & Mariln Monroe, when Bobby wasn't tapping her.
He forced one of his interns, 18 yrs-old, from the WH stenographer pool, to blow one of his friends while he watched.
Nice example.— Moose and Squirrel (@Johnnyvulgar) October 4, 2018
She’s affiliated with NBC News and MSNBC according to her bio:
You…do know his record with women, yes?
Oh, LOL NBC News.
Never mind. https://t.co/IXBKe4qx2P

As for the original tweet, we’re the ones who are fault for misunderstanding her point … or something:
I know why America is in trouble: people on my TL don’t know the book “Profiles in Courage” written by a young Senator John F. Kennedy. The Senate today is a profile in COWARDICE. Please stop making my post about JFK’s sexual antics. We all know that’s NOT my point here! #SCOTUS pic.twitter.com/Uj3Eb6INYS
— Sophia A. Nelson (@IAmSophiaNelson) October 4, 2018
She means the book JFK didn’t write?
Ummmm… you do know Ted Sorensen really wrote that book, right?
