CNN’s Dianne Gallagher just reported that the vehicle she was riding in with her crew “tipped over” and they’re trying to get out as it’s currently “filling with water”:

It sounds like from the clip that everyone is safe, but we’ll update you when we know more.

And Gallagher is telling critics that it was the North Carolina National Guard that invited the news crew along and that it was one of their vehicles that tipped:
