In Iowa, David Hogg laments voter suppression that prevents vegetables from voting

We don’t me “vegetables” as in a derogatory way of referring to medically-impaired humans. We mean actual vegetables:

Donald Trump won Iowa in 2016.

Iowa’s two senators — Joni Ernst and Chuck Grassley — are Republicans.

Governor Kim Reynolds is a Republican.

Three out of Iowa’s four congressional districts are held by a Republican.

The Iowa House of Representatives has a Republican majority.

The Iowa Senate has a Republican majority.

So, sure … hope that corn can vote, kid, because the corn farmer have already had their say.
