Sen. Bob Menendez is on trial for bribery, fraud and for accepting gifts from a donor in exchange for favors. In other words, he’s a really, really good guy according to Senators Cory Booker and Linsdey Graham:

Also on the list of witnesses? Marc Elias, the attorney behind the Trump dossier, will testify on advice he gave Menendez on financial disclosure forms:
Also expected on the stand is Marc E. Elias, the attorney who commissioned the now-famous dossier containing allegations about President Trump’s connections to Russia and possible coordination between his campaign and the Kremlin.
Elias, who represented the Clinton campaign and the DNC, is expected to testify today about advice he gave Menendez on filling out Senate financial disclosure forms, according to Menendez spokesman Steve Sandberg.

Booker steered a $2M watershed contract to his Trenk DiPasquale partner Elnardo Webster while the mayor personally collected $689,000 from the firm in what he claimed was a "separation agreement" that he refused to disclose.
