There are reports out tonight that North Korea test fired another ballistic missile, but like the hermit kingdom’s last test, this one failed, too:

Apparently the missile broke up in flight:
North Korean KN-17 intermediate range missile was in the air for 15 minutes, traveled about 25 miles (40 km)
