Can't get it up ... again? Kim Jong-un reportedly suffers another embarrassing case of missile failure

There are reports out tonight that North Korea test fired another ballistic missile, but like the hermit kingdom’s last test, this one failed, too:

Apparently the missile broke up in flight:

North Korean KN-17 intermediate range missile was in the air for 15 minutes, traveled about 25 miles (40 km)
