Daily Show comedian Hasan Minhaj -- who called Trump 'White ISIS' -- named as @WHCA headliner

So it looks the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner has found its entertainment for the evening. Meet Hasan Minhaj, a comedian on “The Daily Show”:

Heckuva pick, guys. Minhaj also mocked the president in the statement confirming his pick:

“It is a tremendous honor to be a part of such a historic event even though the president has chosen not to attend this year. SAD! Now more than ever, it is vital that we honor the First Amendment and the freedom of the press.”

Minhaj, who’s not that well known, did perform at the Radio and Television Correspondents dinner in 2016:
