Trump budget funds 20 new lawyers for border land acquisition; Condemnation notices sent out by Obama admin.

Before any concrete is poured for the wall, there will be litigation. Lots and lots of litigation. And Donald Trump’s just proposed budget accounts for that:

As for land acquisition, the process has begun with the Texas Observer reporting:

$2900 seems a little low, no? Although there are treaty issues with Mexico that prevent development of this area that residents are aware of. Here’s the letter allegedly sent to landholders along the Rio Grande, but note the date. President Obama’s administration sent the letter, not Trump:
