Is Budweiser trolling President Trump with its 2017 Super Bowl ad?

Are they really going to ruin Super Bowl ads for us now? Maybe…

Budweiser released one of its 2017 Super Bowl ads this morning and it has many on Twitter thinking that it takes a shot at President Donald Trump. The ad is titled, “Born The Hard Way” and it chronicles the “story of our founder’s ambitious journey to America in pursuit of his dream: to brew the King of Beers.”

During the ad, we see Bud’s founder, Eberhard Anheuser, making a perilous journey to America, which includes a storm on the Atlantic Ocean. Anheuser encounters anti-immigrant sentiment along the way, until he gets to St. Louis where he his embraced for his beer recipe, or something. (Is the ad even true? Wikipedia has a different story on how the company started).
