Is it a subpoena or the Constitution that's about to get torched on Hillary Clinton's birthday cake?

It’s Hillary Clinton’s birthday today, as she let us know by wishing herself a happy birthday via her Twitter account. Who does that?

Anyway, Hillary’s staff even surprised her with a birthday cake that coincidentally matches today’s pantsuit:
