Bernie Sanders is using an old mailer Hillary Clinton sent out to attack Barack Obama during the 2007 campaign to remind Democrats that she can’t be trusted on guns. At the time, Hillary was trying to portray herself as pro-gun and pro-2nd Amendment in the wake of Obama saying some Americans were bitter and “cling to their guns” which led to this, now hilarious, attack piece:

Sanders’ figurative punch in the face is in retaliation for Clinton staffers telling reporters today that there’s a chance Preident Obama won’t support Sanders because of the Vermont senator’s mild support of the 2nd Amendment in the past:
