Breaking news out of Paris on the one-year anniversary of the terror attack against Charlie Hebdo magazine, a unidentified man reportedly wielding a knife and wearing a fake suicide vest was shot and killed by police as he tried to enter a police station in the Paris suburb of Barbes:
