MSNBC wants Hillary Clinton to 'whip out' some 'campaign surprises'

Of course, if Fox News had said Hillary Clinton should “whip out” a campaign surprise, there’d be a call for the FCC to shut down the network. But since MSNBC used the it, we’ll happily add “whip out” to our Hillary Clinton list of approved phrases.
