Update: Kal Penn defends his 'lube' joke directed at female @AmericanAir employee

Earlier tonight we reported that actor and former White House adviser Kal Penn directed a crude sex joke at a female gate agent for American Airlines because Penn was angry at her over a disagreement with his carry-on luggage:

Valerie @AmericanAir says my bag won't fit. I know it will, I fly this same plane regularly. She wants me to remove clothes from my bag

Penn has since replied to us, defending his “lube” joke:
