Katie Couric’s new book contains the explosive admission that she edited Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s comments on protests during the national anthem to exclude the part where the 83-year-old liberal icon said kneeling showed a “contempt for a government that has made it possible for their parents & grandparents to live a decent life”:
