Extinction Rebellion climate activists are in the process of disrupting commuter train service in London this morning:
London today…#ExtinctionRebellion

Needless to say, commuters were not happy with it:

“I need to get to work, I have to feed my kids”:
One commuter shouted “I need to get to work, I have to feed my kids,” when the protestors initially went up.

But then things for the Extinction Rebellion goons took a turn for the worse after angry commuters dragged their a**es off of the top of the train and started beating them:

Another of the morons glued herself to a train:

Police then arrested some of the protesters:

According to one of the Extinction Rebellion activists, they targeted the train because. . . well, this is bonkers:
“Because it’s heading for the city, which is the god of our time … humanity, the planet is crucifying itself on economic growth.”

They’re losing the people, especially with their attack on the mode of transportation *THEY* tell us to take:
Like, I get the point #ExtinctionRebellion are making and yes, protest often needs to be uncomfortable, but my dudes, the tube is public transport. Low emission public transport. This is not your target audience. People are now taking cabs. ??

#ExtinctionRebellion on trains ?
1. These are working people. Do you want them on your side or not
2. This and the conceptual dance bollocks make you seem like middle class delusionals.
3. Target those in power. Punch up not down
4. Ur tactics not ur cause is what’s wrong

And it looks like there’s some damage control going on here:
Today’s action on public transport was opposed under any circumstances by 72% of #ExtintionRebellion supporters, according to a poll shared with the @guardian. Passengers at Shadwell DLR were also not impressed, although some were supportive. pic.twitter.com/ldLGsBwcsG
