Jeryl Bier asked the Chicago Police Department if they still consider Jussie Smollet a victim. Their answer? “We have some information that needs to be corroborated and verified with the Empire cast member before I can answer this question”:

But, as it’s being pointed out to the police, they’ve been waiting for Smollett to talk to them since Friday night:

It looks like Michael Monico, who was Michael Cohen’s lawyer, is no longer representing Smollett:

And let’s not forget the FBI is still investigating the threatening letter with “MAGA” as the return address:
