The Dorchester, MA Historical Society has apologized for … wait for it … advertising for an upcoming event with a graphic that says, “We’re dreaming of a white Dorchester” which is obviously referring to the song “White Christmas” and snow, but this is where we are now:
We are very truly sorry about our graphic used for this event. This was an unfortunate oversight on our part and the event photograph has been removed from our social media. We were simply changing the words to the classic Christmas carol and did not think it through properly. https://t.co/2Anki4JF6N
