Palm Beach County elections supervisor Susan Bucher is refusing to comply with a court order to submit “problem ballots copied by her staff but were not reviewed by the county’s Canvassing Board to ensure they were copied properly“:

Rick Scott put out a statement saying “it’s irrelevant at this point” to debate if “it’s gross incompetence or intentional disregard for the rule of law”:

As for Bucher, she’s saying she can’t comply with the order:
