A few minutes ago, the Washington Post’s Josh Dawsey quoted two anonymous White House surrogates who said Kellyanne Conway “compared judge [Kavanaugh] to ‘elite media figures’ like Les Moonves & Harvey Weinstein who have been accused of sexual harassment/assault:

Can we just say that it’s impossible for us to believe that Kellyanne Conway said anything close to that? Dawsey then tried to clean things up, tweeting gobbledygook that “Kellyanne said that none of the accusations about Kavanaugh were not proven & that so many accusations about elite media figures were worse & proven”:
