Anyway, the border checkpoints … especially in California … are nothing new and are not “police-state like”:

As far as the alleged ICE checkpoint in Hollywood, we have no idea what rumor Heard was referring to but whatever it was, she was probably wrong about it:

First of all, ICE doesn't do checkpoints. (That would be CBP.)

These rumors happen all the time. For example, an ICE checkpoint in Cleveland turned out to be just a normal DUI checkpoint run by local cops:
