From the San Francisco Chronicle:
Reuben Foster, the 49ers’ inside linebacker, was booked Sunday at the Santa Clara County Jail on charges relating to domestic violence, according to a person with knowledge of the incident.
Foster, 23, was arrested in Los Gatos and held on $75,000 bail, according to the jail booking records.
Along with the domestic violence charge, there are reports the NFL star was also in possession of an “assault rifle,” which we know was probably not a real assault rifle but words don’t matter when speaking about guns:

Foster was arrested earlier this month in Alabama for possession of marijuana:
History suggests Reuben Foster faces 1-game suspension for marijuana arrest (per @rapsheet). Foster could have interesting argument, even if it likely won’t change the potential suspension (h/t @grantcohn) https://t.co/6oDFbQbBB1

Foster has protested police brutality in the past by taking a knee during the national anthem:

Did he have his “hand on heart” when beating up the woman?
