Tonight’s 8:00 p.m. address to the nation because of a stupid-head terror attack in California seems to be interfering with President Obama’s pre-scheduled hosting of tonight’s “Kennedy Center Honorees Reception in the East Room”:

It was reported earlier that President Obama would miss the Kennedy Center event, but that’s changed:
