WOW: Twitter responds to Bud Light celebrating Dylan Mulvaney's '365 days of girlhood'

We have to admit, we sat on this one for a while, awaiting the quite predictable ‘HAHA! April Fools’ Day! We got you!’. Alas, believe it or not, it’s real. Bud Light has apparently made a deal with TikTok celebrity, Dylan Mulvaney, who became internet famous pretending to be a girl.


Years ago, Bud Light’s slogan was ‘Up for Whatever’. Apparently, they’re finally following through on that threat.

As you might imagine, beer drinking Twitter had thoughts on this latest attempt at corporate force-feeding of trans activism to the general population, who generally just wants to have a beer without having woke dogma pushed on them.

Right?! We kept waiting … and waiting … and ‘oh crap’.

There seem to be a lot of woke marketing teams that are more focused on feeling good about themselves than doing what’s best for their company.


What do you think? We think the can looks creepy. The videos of this guy that cross our feed are also quite creepy, to be honest.

This is not an exaggeration. Mulvaney actually dresses and acts like a little girl (not just a woman) in some of the clips we’ve seen.

That’s not going to appeal to the average beer drinker … or sane people.

We seriously don’t believe they’re going to mass produce this can design. They’ve checked the ‘we supported mental illness today’ box, but largely this won’t likely get much visibility beyond social media.


Seriously, pump the brakes, America.


LOL! I know this question makes perfect sense in 2023, but it’s the last thing our 2013 selves would have asked.

It’s been quite the journey from ‘don’t sexualize women’ to ‘sexualize men pretending to be women’.
