In an odd bit of news, Nancy Pelosi’s daughter, Alexandra, claims the former Speaker of the House tried to have priests perform an ‘exorcism’ of the house following the brutal attack on her husband.
‘I think that weighed really heavy on her soul. I think she felt really guilty,’ said Pelosi’s daughter Alexandra, the New York Times reported Saturday.
‘I think that really broke her. Over Thanksgiving, she had priests coming, trying to have an exorcism of the house and having prayer services … ‘

To be clear, these were the words of her daughter. It has not been confirmed that an exorcism was performed. Pelosi’s local priest says he was not involved in any such event.
The New York Post framed this as an effort to exorcise the home of ‘evil spirits’, which generated quite a reaction from Twitter.
