Casey DeSantis created a stir among a portion of the Twitter’s left wing brain trust by committing the high crime of … wearing a dress.
Not just any dress, mind you – A GREEN DRESS! Dun-dun-duuuuuuunnnnnnnn!!!
The author of the piece, Tara Dublin, makes the point that Casey DeSantis is thirsty for attention. You heard us correctly: The woman who wrote an article in response to the governor’s wife wearing a green dress is accusing Casey of being thirsty for attention.
OF THIRST: This Governor’s wife is a Handmaid’s horror – https://t.co/5BeWxkoHFn

Speaking of thirst, we’d be remiss if we didn’t point out Tara Dublin’s greatest contribution to Twitter, in our opinion. She was so infatuated with porn lawyer, Michael Avenatti, who is currently in prison, that she started the #HottieAvenatti trend on Twitter. Now that’s thirst!
The lame comparison was bad enough, but then Dublin went even lower with this slander:
‘Casey seemingly wants an all-white country and she wants to oversee from our White House as First Lady Macbeth-lite.’
Wow.
I wrote about Casey DeSantis taking this whole Handmaid’s Tale thing a little too far https://t.co/vxHFSzI4w9

Dublin wasn’t the only member of BlueAnon to make the unhinged connection.
Straight out of Handmaid's Tale. If you haven't watched the series, I highly recommend. Then you will understand that Ron DeSantis will turn America into Gilead. Not kidding. No exaggeration. It is happening. The MAGA Republican extreme right is ruining America. pic.twitter.com/FZBXIssUz6

‘No exaggeration’. LOL.
This is stone cold crazy.
How interesting that insecure Florida Fascist Ron DeSantis will only appear near President Biden wearing higher heels (and lifts) than everyone else, including his wife. And does he demand that Casey dress like a Commander's wife from Handmaid's Tale? pic.twitter.com/uN9fxwL7mB

It appears the only people demanding Casey DeSantis wear something here are a handful of nutters on the Left.
Let’s hear from sane Twitter.
If only she had Dr. Jill’s stylist to replicate this look: pic.twitter.com/IZsKuhGTFK

OUCH!
At least she doesn't dress like a couch. https://t.co/Tmy3d6ypGS

That this actually makes sense to some people is frightening … and hilarious!
You guys realize other books exist, right?

Everything is the Handmaid’s Tail!
My guess is she is immensely satisfied with the life and family they’ve built, and you are crazy. https://t.co/bqek9V3MoB

That’s one possible interpretation, we suppose. It’s probably not nearly as likely as the notion that Casey DeSantis intentionally wore a green dress, or was commanded to by her husband, to send a signal to the public that they are trying to make the Handmaid’s Tale reality. Yeah, that seems much more likely.

This is a logic-free zone, Bonchie.
Crazy Florida lady attacks cancer survivor for…honestly, it's hard to figure out her motivation here except that she just seems bitter and mean. https://t.co/sCx5VzEUkp

Checks out.
Miami Herald content creator Lesley Abravanel currently mad that Casey DeSantis wore teal. https://t.co/UWepqwNlrM

We wish these crazy folks well on their journey toward mental wellness, or should we say:
‘Blessed Be the Fruits’.
