A headline regarding President Biden’s recent bike fall recently circulated online and has been deemed largely fake news. The trouble with parody in the year 2022 is that almost anything is believable.
We’re about ten seconds away from this being an actual headline. pic.twitter.com/SNUp3VykLj

Perhaps the headline isn’t official, but it may qualify as fair representation of all things Biden. It certainly seems like something Leftist publications would use to reframe the latest gaffe of President Joe Biden.

The media was quick to discount the circulation of a headline that calls out inconsistent politically fueled reporting.
Despite a fabricated screenshot circulating online, The Atlantic hasn't published an article with a headline describing President Joe Biden's bike fall as "heroism." https://t.co/EyQyRiUe0M

If such a headline were rooted in truth, it would come from a tweet about how a bike fall inspired millions of children. Probably. Unless this too is someone poking fun at blatant media bias?
I spent two years with Joe Biden on the campaign trail and saw how his message of empathy resonated with voters. When he fell off his bike on Saturday, millions of children were reminded why it was so important that he won the 2020 election. My latest for The Atlantic:

Some have argued that the media doesn’t take a side, but the truth is in the headlines.
President Joe Biden Falls off His Bike but Quickly Gets Up Again: 'I'm Good' https://t.co/GDWWmjxhFJ

‘Biden quickly got up again,’ sounds darn near heroic.
This morning. And NBC wants you to know he bounced back https://t.co/5ztB76wF7g

Bounced right back, they say. The contrast of how such an incident would have been framed for the previous administration is notable.

The hypocrisy is real. Twitter users recall Trump incidents that sparked media frenzy.
Trump walked gingerly down a ramp so as not to fall. And was hammered by the media for it. Biden falls of a bike & the media are desperately making excuses for him.

Biden fell off a bike while it was standing still
Remember when Trump got annihilated for using 2 hands to drink water?
But I'm sure the Media and the Dems will find another excuse for Biden pic.twitter.com/9wJbwOCn2g— Gay Conservative (@GayConservativ3) June 18, 2022
That’s it, that’s the rub. Everything Trump did was seemingly thrust into the media in the most negative light.
I take no pleasure in seeing Biden fall from his bike, but the liberal media reported on Trump drinking a glass of water while holding it with both hands for a month.

In comparison, Biden’s mishaps are reported with a distinguishable positive spin. He has a media enhanced cheer leading section. Biden’s actions get rationalized and excused, repeatedly. People remember that Trump was treated differently.
I don't personally care if Biden fell off the bike and I certainly hope he's OK but wow – what a difference between how the media portrayed Biden's slip (it can happen to anyone) and when Trump walked slowly down a ramp. https://t.co/Thc2EVuYd4

If the media are incapable of unbiased, impartial, nonpartisan reporting, conservative Twitter has no choice but to respond with humor and satire, and so they shall.
