When the Dems have a narrative they want to get going, many in the media couldn't make it more obvious that they've been told to pick up that ball and run with it (or just do it instinctively at this point).

It is indeed the Schumer shutdown but many in the media, including some at CNN, will do their best to shift the blame to Trump and the Republicans like the good Democrat lapdogs they are.
