Nobody believes that, so now Hollywood actors are joining in on the "Biden's mentally sharper than people half his age" shtick.
Recently, actor Michael Douglas took on his most challenging role of all time: A CNN celebrity guest insisting that Biden's "sharp as a tack" -- or so he's heard from the same people above giving the same assessments:
