THERE It Is! Colo. SecState Takes 'Insurrection Projection' to the Next Level

Twitchy

This morning, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously torpedoed and sank the anti-Trump Left's ironic attempts to "save democracy" by limiting the choices available to voters on the ballot. The ruling striking down the Colorado Supreme Court was 9-0:

The Supreme Court of the United States ruled Monday morning that the Colorado Supreme Court erred in its decision to boot former President Donald Trump from the Centennial State's primary ballot based on the state body's finding that Trump violated a portion of Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution dealing with insurrection.

The unanimous 9-0 opinion from the Supreme Court made it clear that "responsibility for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates rests with Congress and not the States," and therefore the "judgment of the Colorado Supreme Court therefore cannot stand."

Lately, the examples of "saying the quiet part out loud" from the Left and media have been so frequent that they are no longer the quiet parts.

Earlier I wrote about Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold doubling down on her "Trump is an insurrectionist and therefore shouldn't be on the ballot" BS that was overwhelmingly smacked down this morning, and later on, I ran across this video from @RNCResearch featuring Griswold saying she wanted to save democracy by killing democracy:

Can these people even hear themselves? It'll be up to the voters now, and she was trying like crazy to make sure that didn't happen -- but Trump is the "threat to democracy," or something. Unreal.

Griswold is the one who didn't want it to be up to the voters to decide but still believes that the other side is the "threat to democracy." Just amazing. File this under "I" for "Insurrection Projection."

If people like Griswold had their way the only way "democracy" could be saved would be to make sure voters only had one choice on the ballot.

If the country had any semblance of an honest media that supreme irony would be pointed out every single day. The anti-Trump Left are everything they accuse Trump of, and then some.

Griswold looks like an angry woman demanding to speak to the manager at Whole Foods, but I digress.
