Are Biden and the Democrats moving away from their constant complaints about a "MAGA Court" and "illegitimate SCOTUS"?
Sure, there's still some criticism as evidenced by Biden claiming the Supreme Court "misinterpreted the Constitution" by correctly interpreting the Constitution to strike down his clearly illegal student loan scheme that was designed to win votes with the promise of free money:

Did "the smartest man" Biden knows tell him that?
The Education Secretary said the Supreme Court "substituted itself for Congress":

That's incredibly shameless since the main reason the student loan scheme was struck down is that Biden tried to go around Congress.

Blaming the Supreme Court must not have polled well because what Biden tried was clearly unconstitutional so now it's the fault of "Republican elected officials."
Here's the new shift:
Republican elected officials snatched away real hope from over 40 million eligible student loan borrowers. Plain and simple. pic.twitter.com/FBRPf2PvsT

That's the Biden WH angle now. If only Republicans hadn't taken the issue to court, SCOTUS wouldn't have had to point out the obvious: That it's unconstitutional.
The Biden-Harris Administration’s student debt relief program would have been good for the American economy.

According to the Biden White House, if nobody would say anything when they skirt the Constitution, the courts wouldn't have to be involved. Here's a great translation of what the Biden White House is saying:
Our illegal behavior would have been awesome if it wasn't illegal.

This should be the new Biden White House logo:
Have a fantastic 4th of July long weekend everybody!
