Janice Dean today spotted an “interesting turn of events” for a former Fox News host who is now with CNN. We’re pretty sure Dean’s referring to Alisyn Camerota, who slammed a “toxic” environment at Fox News after she left, but the spin is a little softer when it comes to what’s happening at her current employer in regards to Jeff Zucker’s resignation:
"These are two consenting adults who are both executives — that they can't have a private relationship feels wrong on some level."
An emotional @AlisynCamerota commented on Jeff Zucker's resignation, calling the shocking news "an incredible loss." pic.twitter.com/2KBr3WSgDC

Megyn Kelly’s not buying any of these attempts to spin what’s happened at CNN:
Tell it to the women who got passed over for a promotion so the boss’s lover could have the spot. Are there any? Have you checked?
Then stop defending this. https://t.co/A9QZW5x9j0— Megyn Kelly (@megynkelly) February 2, 2022
CNN hosts would clearly like everybody to believe this whole thing is about two consenting adults having a relationship, but there’s way more to the story.
You don't quit over a "consenting adult" relationship.
There is way more to this story they are not telling anyone.
But I also agree, it puts her at an advantage over other people for promotion when she is sleeping with the boss.

Also, does no-one find it in any way dodgy that @CNN is reporting on themselves…again…while missing key information…again? https://t.co/A5mwvubnye

They’re leaving out a lot, which frankly is not unusual for the “journalists” at CNN.
