NY Times reporter says whatever you think of the spending bill's passage, we should all be grateful for the journos who covered it

This morning President Biden came out and took a victory lap after the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill passed the House with the help of 13 Republicans.

Meanwhile, New York Times White House correspondent Peter Baker says congressional reporters who covered the story deserve our applause:
