Chris Cuomo apologizes for putting his CNN colleagues 'in a bad spot' (and people have thoughts)

As we told you Thursday evening, CNN’s designated Fox News watchers went out of their way to avoid doing too deep of a dive into their own Chris Cuomo’s “violation of traditional journalistic standards” in advising his own brother who happens to be the governor of New York.

But for what it’s worth, Chris Cuomo offered an apology, which was delivered via personnel from the same network that allowed him to promote his brother continually:

And after all that time CNN didn’t take issue with Cuomo doing what can only be assumed to be helping pump up his brother’s book sales?

Weird, right?
