“Her focus isn’t on the border” is a strange way to describe the border czar’s current status.
President Biden said Harris was "the most qualified person" to "help in stemming the movement of so many folks, stemming the migration to our southern border."

According to the Harris spin, she was put in charge of finding “root causes” of the flood of migrants to the southern border. In other words, another way to push the Biden admin’s climate change alarmism and related spending.
